Send each lead the message written for how they decide
Wize Snaps reads each person in a HeyReach list and tags them with their decision profile. You write your message once, Wize Snaps writes a version for each profile, and you approve them. One variable in your HeyReach campaign then sends every person the version written for them.
The seven decision profiles come from Dr Juliet Bourke's research on how people approach decisions. A profile describes how someone weighs a decision, not their personality.
What you need
- A HeyReach API key. In HeyReach, open Integrations and create a new API key. It has to be an API key. An MCP key won't work.
- A Wize Snaps API key. Sign up at snap.wizer.business. New accounts get 100 free credits.
- A HeyReach list of people imported from LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, and a campaign to send to.
Setting it up
Create your account and add your keys
Open the app, create an account, then paste in both keys. They're stored encrypted and only used to run your own lists and campaigns.
Set up the tags in HeyReach (optional, two minutes)
HeyReach makes new tags green and apps can't change that. To get the profile colours, create these eight tags in HeyReach before your first run, or recolour them afterwards with the pencil icon.
Profile a list
Pick a list and press Profile. Each person gets one tag in HeyReach: their profile, or No profile when there isn't enough of their own writing to read. You can stop at any time and carry on later. Long lists keep running after you close the page.
Choose a campaign and write your message
Write the message the way you normally would. You can use
{FIRST_NAME},{LAST_NAME},{COMPANY},{POSITION}and{LOCATION}. Leave a space before each one.Write and approve the versions
Wize Snaps writes a version for each profile in the list. Read each one and approve it. Anything that needs fixing, like a placeholder left in, is marked in red and can't be approved until it's fixed. Only approved versions are sent.
Set up the message step in HeyReach
In the campaign's message step, put
{profile_message}as the whole message. Put your original message in the fallback box. People with No profile, or without an approved version, get the fallback. Ifprofile_messageisn't under Add variables yet, type it in. It works the same.Add the list to the campaign
On the Add to campaign step, press the button. Each person gets their version, with their own name and details written in. The app checks the campaign's steps and warns you if
{profile_message}isn't in any of them. It never edits your sequence or starts your campaign.See replies by profile
The Results step shows who replied, broken down by decision profile, so you can see which versions work for whom.
Credits
| What | Cost |
|---|---|
| Profiling one person | 1 credit |
| Someone with too little of their own writing | Free, tagged No profile |
| Writing one version of your message | 2 credits per profile |
| Adding a list to a campaign, results | Free |
A list of 200 people with six profiles costs at most 212 credits. People already tagged are skipped unless you choose to read everyone again.
Common questions
HeyReach didn't accept my key (401)
Check it's an API key from Integrations, not an MCP key. If it still fails, create a new API key and paste that in. You don't need to delete the old one.
profile_message isn't in HeyReach's Add variables list
It appears once people carrying it are in the campaign or its list. Until then, type or paste {profile_message} straight into the message step.
Why did someone get No profile?
Wize Snaps reads what the person wrote about themselves on LinkedIn, mostly their About section. If there are fewer than about 300 characters of their own words, it doesn't guess and doesn't charge you. They get your original message.
My campaign is a draft
HeyReach doesn't let apps add people to a draft campaign, so the app saves the versions on the people in the campaign's own list instead. Everyone gets their version when you start the campaign.
I changed a version after adding the list
Approve it again and add the list again. People already in the campaign are updated, not added twice. Anyone who has already been sent the message keeps what they got.
Can I use the same list in more than one campaign?
Yes. Each campaign has its own message, versions and approvals. The profiles stay on the people in HeyReach.
What gets sent to Wize Snaps?
For each person: their headline, role, company and About section. For versions: your message. Nothing else from your HeyReach account. See the privacy policy.
